Any contracted beans should be enhanced and protected by Soyfx

Using Soyfx Seed Coat on your soybeans will support an increase in yield and help protect against hail losses later in the year.

Soyfx has shown an 85% reduction in losses to hail storms between R1 stage and July 21 across the multi-state trial area for 3 years.

The majority of plants damaged or destroyed by hail between R1 stage and July 21 in the trial area were able to recover by re-establishing apical dominance and regrowing from the point of damage. With enough time from damage to frost the plant is able to utilize the large store of energy in the root the reestablish the plant matrices and re-enter reproduction rapidly.

Increased pod bearing branches allows most varieties to increase pod counts without loss of water pressure in a stem which promotes yield.
We see a significant increase in pod counts and with this the ability to create more beans.
By reaching R1 faster you help your late season herbicides stamp out weeds by closing canopy and and blocking critical sunlight from weeds.
Rapid root deployment allows for more stable plants during early season storms and allows for the plant to develop a connection to available water at the critical early growth stages.
Rapid lateral root deployment allows the plant to reach and scavenge the available fertility reducing loss to leaching. Help protect your fertility investment by getting it into the plant faster.
For most varieties of soybean the use of Soyfx has reduced time to R1 and has made the plants able to reach maturity as much as 10 days early allowing for a more manageable harvest window.

Plants will regrow from the damage point of the remaining stem. This allows for a more robust vascular system. This is not the typical node regrowth that segues are naturally capable of.
If not complete destruction of the plant it will promote regrowth at all the branch damage points to rebuild your pods.
Help reduce weed pressures post damage by reclining the canopy by rapid deployment of new branches and leaves that will fill the canopy space and promote crop regrowth.
The plant must have enough root reserves to sustain the rapid regrowth of plant material so we typically see benefit at and beyond R1 stage in most locations. The plant must also have enough time between damage and frost to successfully deploy and mature the beans so in the upper midwest we most successful yield rebuilding at or before storms on July 21.
Replacing lost yield under contract is costly and is not typically fully covered by insurance or act of god clause so the added benefit of protecting your yield from hail storms is critical to your profitability.
Providing and promoting Soyfx to your contract partners helps protect your supplies and helps keep your producers profitable and contract costs reasonable.
